A platform that files an FPS has demonstrated a calculation. It has not demonstrated that the money reached HMRC - and under joint and several liability, that second question is the one with somebody else’s balance sheet attached to it.

What should be paid
Calculates the payroll under controlled, versioned rules; validates every material element before approval; files the submission; and records what was owed, when it was due and whether the funds to meet it were held.
That it was paid
Takes the verified liability position and carries it into controlled settlement and supply-chain assurance, so the agency and end client can see the position of their own supply without asking anybody for it.
